I would like to know where my package is. Nothing is happening on the tracker. Please advise.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LA983171963CN shows your parcel was shipped on May 3rd. It left Chongqing railway station on May 15. It arrived in the first transfer railway hub in China/Kazakhstan border on May 19. it is still in Kazakhstan.

Based on our stat , parcel will arrive UK in 25 to 35 days after leaving Chongqing railway station. So the parcel will arrive UK between Jun 10 and Jun 20. Please wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives UK, Royal Mail website will show arrival info.
