First I would like to thank chinapostvolunteer for doing this work. I see great answers in the forum.

I read that the tracking codes starting with 'L' are e-packages that are onl delivered to certain countries.
My package LA306180635CN is not moving in the system, and stuck on 'info received'. Is this because I am not living in one of those countries? Or was it never sent?

LA306180635CN is fake number. yor seller applied this number from china post in august but never actually shipped anything.

you need open dispute to WISH against fraud.
