http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LA101741925CN was shipped on April 13 from Guangzhou. It is still in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight to Malaysia.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Malaysia. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives Malaysia, Pos Malaysia website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
