Hello Im looking for the shipment L0987266746CN (to HK).
The package was posted on April 15, and the tracking was only updated till April 17 and was lost since then.
I understand that the process might be affected by the pandemic. but may I know if there are any ways to track the delivery?

LO987266746CN was sent to Beijing airport on April 17. Normally such parcel will arrive Hong Kong in one or two weeks. Your parcel is very likely to be lost.

I suggest you open dispute for refund.
