Dobrý den, chtěla jsem se zeptat kdy mi přijde objednávka, kterou jsem objednávala 6.3.2020 v ten den mi přišel potvrzovací e-mail. Číslo objednávky je RV362422523CN. Káždý den to sleduji a zásilka se nepohnula. Je někde nějaký problém? Když jsem objednávala zásilku tak mi to vybralo variantu dopravy lodí.
Bude mě někdo informovat až přijde zásilka do České Republiky? Kdo v 4eské Republice přebírá zásilky? Česká pošta? Nebo někdo jiný?
