Hi. I ordered a small package item a while ago and the tracker has been stuck on “departure export customs” in Hangzhou Ems on 5/1/20 for quite some time however the status says “on route”. Any possible info available?

LY139416554CN was shipped from Hangzhou on April 15. It was delayed in Hangzhou for about 3 weeks. China Post finally sent it to Shanghai airport on May 4. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space to USA. I believe you need wait another 10 to 20 days to get the item in USA.

Once parcel arrives USA, you can use same number LY139416554CN to track its status in http://www.usps.com .
