I ordered my item from Shopmart on March 13. Tracking shows it was posted, ‘received by post office’ on March 23 but it doesn’t say it has arrived in Australia. How do I know if it is still in transit. I was told I would get tracking notifications but I have had none.

you need write tracking number in your question , otherwise none can help you.
