Hi, is there a way to find out why my parcel is stating held by customs? The tracking number is EV063569439CN

EV063569439CN was just shipped on July 7. It will take about 2 to 3 days to pass customs. Everything looks normal, no need worry.

EV063569439CN just arrived in Birmingham Delivery Depot in UK. Parcelforce will deliver the parcel very soon.
