I have an item being sent back for repair. The tracking has been stuck at Beijing, leaving Huangcun Station, next stop ,Guangdong Air Mail Processing Center (via transfer) for the past 5 days. Tracking number is: RN622813609GB. Can anyone offer any help as to what might be happening, thanks

RN622813609GB left Beijing for Guangzhou on oct 10. Please ask receiver call China Post Guangzhou office hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. If 11185 can not find the parcel, it might be lost and you need contact Royal Mail to file investigation and claim compensation.

Thank you for your support, I have made a request that receiver makes the call. Do you think there could be a hold up somewhere? Or is it clear from the last tracking that something is wrong with the delivery.

RN622813609GB left Beijing for Guangzhou on Oct 10 and then disappeared. Based on our previous experience, this is bad news which means your parcel might be lost. That's why i suggest you call 11185 to request local investigation first, if not working , you need ask for investigation from Royal Mail in UK.

Thank you; I am pleased to say that the item has arrived at the delivery office. I am unsure why there was no tracking for 5 days.
