Primarily, the package has sent to my dorm, but a dorm staff sent back to the center. However, I don't know where is China post's center.

I lost where the package is. Tracking page only displays 'Forward Expired'

I am living in Bloomington, IN, US. If I know where it is, I can go and pick it up.

So, where should I go to pick it up?

China Post delivery agent is USPS, so you need go to your local USPS office to pickup your parcel.

BTW, you'd better track your china post tracking number in USPS.com, it will tell you exact USPS office your parcel located.
