Dears,
I have ordered two bags from http://www.npuladbag.club, Up on receiving the shipment i fount out that wrong items was sent.
By contacting the seller they advice that the express company which is China post is who mixed up the parcel.

Please let me know how ti confirm if this is true? The seller is not accepting to refund my money or send me a new items.

Your seller is a cheater. it is seller not china post to put item inside the parcel. China Post just simply send the parcel to correct address.

You need open dispute to paypal or your bank against fraud and claim refund.
