Hi, my package with tracking number LW234272811CN has not moved for 16 days. It says it left customs on Dec. 1 and hasn't moved since then. I was wondering whether it was lost. If it isn't what would be the estimated date that the tracking info would show up on USPS?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW234272811CN the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to US on Dec 2.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
