I've been waiting over 3 weeks with it saying "no shipping information " LT173260432CN is this fake?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT173260432CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
