Post Is my parcel lost?

Hello all!

On 5th October I sent a box from Russia to a pal at Chongqing City. It is not delivered, still. We're getting nervous about this. The tracking number of the parcel is RR015008266RU

The last line on the tracking system is of 23th October:
2019-10-23 05:53
重庆市, 离开【重庆中心】，下一站【龙溪营业部】（经转）

So it was at Chongqing then sent to Longxi Sales Department. Then nothing. Why Longxi if it even is not present in the address? It should be sent to Yubei District, Yangzijiang Business Center, then to addressee.

If anybody would be able to help, me & my pal would be grateful.

Your parcel stuck in China Post chongqing head office since Oct 23. It is very likely to be lost.

Please ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to locate the parcel.
