Can someone help me. I ordered my parcel from aliexpress in February and it was sent through china post mail. It's now September and I haven't gotten my parcel. Can someone please help me.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UJ100124467CN shows the parcel was shipped on feb 20 from shenzhen. As half year has passed, if you have not got this item, it must be lost. You need open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
