Hi Guys,

Any idea what's happening to my parcel? There isnt any update for a long time.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP388937279CN was shipped Dec 26 from Guangzhou to Singapore.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a very slow service. If parcel weight is less than 2kgs, it will take 2 to 6 weeks to reach India. If weight is over 2 kgs, it might take up to half year to reach Singapore. And there will be no update before Parcel arrives Singapore .

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
