I got an email that the item was shipped and on the way. I use the tracking number above and it says no information. I understand waiting for the package but if they didn't wait to take money out account, I shouldn't have to wait for an update a product I paid for. Any help would be appreciated.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW385694269CN shows the parcel was just shipped From China Post Shijiazhuang office to US on Dec 31.

normally such ePacket will take 2 to 4 weeks to reach USA, you need wait some more time.Once USPS gets the parcel from customs,USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
