Hi, I am writing to you about my order that I have been waiting for more than a month,
the tracking number is: RV405292730CN.
I'd like to know how long it takes to arrive and if possible change the shipping address because I moved home.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to Shanghai airport on Jun 5. It is waiting for flight to USA.

Covid19 has cancelled most airlines between China and USA. China Post has not enough airline to send parcels to US. Our latest report shows average waiting time to USA is about 50 days.

If you are moving, you need contact USPS and forward all your mail from your current address to future address.
