ref. RV428067309CN - it seems to be stuck in Vilnius since June 8th 2020
When it will move?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV428067309CN shows package received by China Post May 17 and was shipped thru Sino -European railway May 29. It has been waiting for EU customs clearance at Vilnius since June 8. The package should arrive Italy around June 25 to July 5

Now, 30 days have passed and parcel is still in Vilnius, waiting for EU customs clearance since June 8.
What happens?
