Hi my name is Catherine cook my package went to the wrong address my tracking number is ZS20458009399 just wondering where abouts it is can I pick it up from somewhere on the Goldcoast or can it get delivered to my new address which is 17 Melinda st Southport Goldcoast Queensland 4215

ZS20458009399 arrived in VILLAWOOD NSW on Oct 2 but never delivered. It is very likely to be lost.

You need open dispute for non-arrival order refund.
