Hey there,

we just sent a parcel via DHL from Germany to a chinese partner.

When i check the tracking of DHL itself, it states that it was put in a chinese delivery truck but could not be delivered and now is getting worked on in a delivery depot.

The tracking here on track-chinapost states that the import was terminated and the item is held at delivery depot.

What am i supposed to do, to get that parcel to my partner?

CY293849588DE arrived in Guangzhou on Oct 2. The parcel address is wrong. Please ask recipient call the postman cell phone 18988900515 or China post hotline 11183 to arrange re-delivery.
