Post Import Terminated ?

Tracking ID: CY732975277DE

Dear Customer Service,

the tracking status of my shipment changed to “Import Terminated” because the recipient/seller did not complete the customs clearance process. The status was updated on 11 May 2026 and has remained unchanged since then.

Could you please advise on the next steps? Will the parcel be returned to me as the sender, or is any further action required on my part?

CY732975277DE arrived in Guangzhou on Feb 4 but the recipient has never made customs declaration. The parcel stayed in China for more the 3 months and finally was returned to Germany on May 23. It will reach Germany in about 2 to 3 months.
