the parcel failed to be delivered. Most possible reason is that you did not write correct address in Chinese. the parcel is now in China Post Guangzhou office, you should ask recipient to call China Post phone number 11185 and pickup the parcel.

you should ask recipient to call 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. If he can not pickup the parcel within 1 month, normally the parcel will be returned to shipper's country.

I can not say it is absolutely impossible. But it will be very difficult. You need find some friend who knows stuff of China Post Taizhou branch , release the parcel and send it back you. If you can not find such friends, you have to come to that post office by yourself with your id. I believe both solution might be very difficult for you.
