So I ordered(LS198968465CN) this on 12/30/19 and it is now 1/11/19. It still says that my package is "No tracking information is available from UNITED STATES". I have no clue what that even means. If I would have known it was going to be this difficult then I wouldn't have ordered from you guys in the first place. I just need to know where my package is and how much longer it's gonna take? :(

usps.com shows LS198968465CN has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 11:54 am on January 8, 2020.

You will get it delivered to your mailbox very soon.
