According to the tracking it says that my package was delivered but I never received my package. The tracking number I have is AMTS000338382FS. Can you please look into this. Thank you

AMTS000338382FS is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called MTS.

MTS Tracking Database shows it was Delivered in Lindenhurst,11757 on Oct 28.

If you didn't get the item, please contact shipper and ask for original shipping label copy. We believe the seller printed wrong address.
