Hello,

Please help me in this! I have ordered a shippment from tbdress.com via china post and it has been a month now and I haven't receive my shippment although on the tracking form it says it is delivered but it is not!

my tracking number is : RC028852516CN

it says it is delivered to RC028852516CN 2013 Final delivery 20023702 AE 20131201 105519

when ordering i didnt include a po box, only my house location but still didn't receive it. can anyone help me or atleast give me a number to contact anyone. Please thank you

RC028852516CN was returned to shipper in Shanghai on Dec 01. You will NOT receive this parcel. Please file non-receipt dispute asap. Check following post:

can I receive my parcel thru china post even if I did not include a p.o. box in my address

if you can receive your regular mail without p.o box in your address ,then it should be no problem,otherwise it will be a problem.
