Hello,

I send big package from Shanghai, China to Tel Aviv, Israel at 13.9, I wait 3 months and I don’t get my package.
My tracking number: CP346415815CN
When I get my package?

is CP346415815CN over 2 kgs weight? If yes, such parcel will take half year to reach Israel. you need wait some more time.
