Post I can’t track 2 boxes

Hello. My friend sent from Shanghai to Romania 2 boxes but i can’t find them online. The tracking numbers are CP383254975CN and CP383254511CN. Can you please tell me their location and when they should arrive in Romania ? Thank you

CP383254975CN and CP383254511CN were returned to shipper and signed by manociandbee on April 18.

Hello. My friend didn’t receive any phone call or notification that the it’a a problem with the boxes. Is it just a delay because of the virus? Will the boxes still be shipped ? Thank you.

the two boxes was returned to shipper's address and signed by manociandbee. You will not receive them in future.

Can you please tell me why they didn’t even leave Shanghai ? They didn’t even arrive at the security clearance in Beijing. Thank you

what are the items inside the box? any battery? China Post Shanghai does not provide detail of return reasons. But normally return are caused by items with safety issue.
