Post I can’t find my package

I have a package coming from Luna Molly and I was tracking it on my SHOP app now it’s gone. Never received my order. It’s not coming up on my order history. It’s saying the tracking number not on record.

ZC07588391401 was shipped on Oct 1. It was just sent to Shenzhen airport on oct 13. It is on the way to USA
