My package was supposed to be delivered on aug 6 at 325 pm I’m using the shop app to track my package I get to usps and they said my package wasn’t there I use china post and my package can’t be tracked I emailed the shipper and their page was deactivated. Need I say I order from shop all the time I don’t think someone would sell me a fake bag and not deliver it… I would like to know how to get my money back or at least get my package usps say they don’t have it but since I use shop Ik they have it and china post would never not track their packages especially if you’re using shop

ZA01244164501 was delivered in Eastover，29044 on Aug 10. Are you in Eastover，29044 area?

Yes I am to who do you have a tracking number where I can track this package I was home all day and haven’t received my package and my usps said they need the tracking number with usps to track this package

the parcel was delivered by private agent not by USPS. So USPS doesn't know the delivery status.

You can wait a couple of days and see if the parcel can be delivered. Sometimes the private agent doesn't deliver the goods in time even if they tell China Post the parcel is delivered.

Okay is there anyway I can track that private parcel so I can know when they’re coming or can they email me at *****I would post my number but email is safer
