http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO948639962CN was shipped on Mar 26 from China. it is still in China waiting for flight space to Belgium.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airlines from china. China Post has not enough shipping space to send so many parcel. Waiting time is very long.

Once parcel arrives Belgium, Bpost website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to claim refund first. After you get your parcel, then pay back to seller.
