Post How to receive my goods?

I bought goods on alibaba and after 100 days the seller sent me a print info that the goods are already in Angola from the 2nd January. Nobody from china post ever contacted me. How should I proceed to pick up my stuff?

your parcel is in Angola Post system. It is waiting for customs clearance in Luanda. You need contact Angola Post to pickup your parcel.
