My ePacket delivery hasn't moved on tracking since the 6th of November.

How long should I wait before reporting it as missing?

Is there an EMS contact number I can call to see if they have any information on it?

your parcel was shipped on Nov 6. Now is rush season, it might take 2 to 6 weeks to reach UK. I suggest you wait 2 more weeks. If you can not get it by Dec 12, open dispute for lost parcel.
