I realised I have used the wrong address and might not receive my order. Is it possible for me to send my correct address here so that I can receive my order. My order number is LP758313576CN.

China Post can not change address for you because the address is printed in the parcel, nobody can change the address remotely.

Singpare Post will make the delivery, You can contact Singapore Post and tell them the address of tracking number LP758313576CN is wrong. If Singapore Post can help you, then you might have a little bit chance to get the parcel forwarded to correct address. Otherwise the goods will be returned to China.
