I have been waiting since December 2nd for my items to arrive can someone help me to understand why it’s taking so long if it was leaving overseas tracking number LO587984975CN

ttp://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO587984975CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Shanghai office to UK on Dec 28.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Royal Mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Royal Mail gets the parcel from customs. Then Royal Mail website will show its new status with UK location.
