For international packages to be released from customs, in Brazil, I must pay a tax, but it must be done using the local courier website. It shows "no information" for the tracking number AS667351230CN. China Post says only that it arrived (more than a month ago) in my country.

It was bought from eBay, the seller has no info beyond that. Probably there's a second tracking number which wasn't provided?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS667351230CN shows the parcel arrived Brazil on Jun 18 but never show up again. Normally this means the parcel is lost.

You need open dispute to ebay for refund asap.
