Hello can you please help me, I didn't get any update since Dec. 18, and supplier didn't want to help me at all.
Order number is: 8007904660465342
Tracking number is: LO633897953CN
Where is my parcel now and when I can expect delivery. Thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO633897953CN was shipped from Wuhan on Dec 18 but never left Wuhan. Normally this is a bad news which means the parcel is lost.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

LO616660740CN was rejected by Wuhan airport safety check point. You can not get this parcel in future.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
