I checked my tracking no.LS349116475CN and it said it should have been at the post office July 17-18 but when I put the number in the USPS tracking it says origin is preparing shipment? Can anyone help?

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows the average wait time for a parcel to USA is 54days , so suggest you wait patiently.

Once the parcel arrive in USA, you can track it base on the below website.
