Tracking number is LW725881676CN got an email saying it was shipping on Oct 13. Still haven't gotten it

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW725881676CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
