Hiya

I have customers screaming at me, tracking has not updated for over a month and other epackets are arriving without issue.

Please help me!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcels were sent to Beijing airport on May 13. They are still there waiting for flight space to UK .

covid19 crisis has cancelled many airlines to Europe and china post has suffered worst delay in history.

Our latest report shows average waiting time to UK is about 53 days, you need some more time to get this item.

Once parcel arrives UK, you can see local arrival and delivery info in http://track-chinapost.com/start_auspost.php
