Hi, I would like to have some information about my package. The tracking number is RV424770579CN. I've already asked about it at the end of June, but I haven't had any other information about this shipping, and it is still at Guangzhou. I hope somebody could help me. Have a nice day and I'm waiting for some information

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV424770579CN shows the parcel is still waiting for the flight space to Italy. Most international flights in China has been canceled due to the Corounavirus epidemic, so the parcel should take a long time for getting the airlines space.
Base on our statistics, the average wait time for a parcel to Italy about 67 days, but some parcel did take 113 days to arrive. suggest you wait patiently and watch for your buyer protection period, if it will expiring, you must ask the seller or website which you bought the item to extend the protection or open dispute for refund.
