Hello,
I need help with this tracking number EA350680030CN it was shipped on 27th November and the last update was the 4th December "despatch from sorting center" from Guangzhoushi. My buyer protection is going to expire soon.

If you can help me with more information so I know if I have to wait or make a dispute.

EA350680030CN is now some middle location between China Post system and Colombia (possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou,China or customs warehouse in Colombia ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Colombia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Colombia Post website will show its new status with Colombia location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
