Post HELP TRACK MY PACKAGE

I ordered a package from a company in the US with the name Prowatch since March, up till now, I'm yet to get my package.l later on discovered that the time would be shipped from China. I got a tracking number LS281620855CN after my payment was confirmed.
I need to know if the item is still in China or I have been scammed.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS281620855CN was shipped from China to USA on Mar 28. It is still in China waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
