Please help tracking number is LW892671797CN I think I was scammed from Shopify.com the website is not working now after my order was paid and it said now being processed they are unreachable

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW892671797CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Hefei office to US on Nov 24.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Hefei ,China or customs warehouse in ,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
