http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LN150333715CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Nov 29. It is seriously delayed in Shanghai.

Normally such epacket will arrive USA in 2 to 5 weeks in Xmas time. I suggest you wait one more week, if usps.com does not show arrival info by Jan 10, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
