LW251130416CN

That's the tracking number...it has not moved since December 5th and I currently have a dispute against the seller. I'd like to know more before I push for a refund. Site says leave a review but how do I leave a review for something I have yet to receive

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW251130416CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Dec 5.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, such no-information period can take 30 to 40 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Ok so cancel the dispute against the seller? Cause as long as it's coming cool

You no need cancel dispute. If your buyer protection is expiring and your goods has not arrived, you can get your refund first. Once parcel arrives your home, repay your seller.
