Orders are arriving in Brazil. why doesn't my package arrive ???? already has 109 more days.
if you don't have a flight, send it in another way

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO873784867CN shows the parcel never left Guangzhou airport since Mar 9. You might need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
