I made several purchases recently that are already in Brazil and this package already has more than 90 days that is not moved.
what's going on with that package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO873784867CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Mar 8. It is still in Guangzhou waiting for flight to Brazil.

Our latest report shows average waiting time to Brazil is 2 months, your parcel is much slower than average time. It has more than 40% chance to be lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund.
