I ordered from a website on August 26th, 2019.. tracking stopped September 11th, 2019. I tried to o back to the website and it says it's going under maintenance right now... My tracking number is UT149139572CN with China post. Help, we paid over $100.00 for this item.

UT149139572CN left china for Los Angeles on Sep 11.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left China. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 8 weeks to reach USA.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

contact your local post office, the parcel arrived country of destination on 11th sept.
