Hi, please help....the above was sent from uk by royal mail traced and signed to canada....however royal mail sent it to china by mistake. Royal mail will do nothing to help. I can see from the tracking that it arrived in Beijing, but now appears static in china. Is there anything I can do to get the package forwarded to canada or returned to me???? Please help.

RN511087837GB arrived Beijing on Dec 15. China Post send it to export customs on Nov 17. Normally this means the parcel is leaving China. Not sure it is going to Canada or back to UK. You need wait about 10 to 20 days to see new status.
